Stuart's guiding principle is to treat clients as you would want to be treated yourself. Stuart believes that when assisting either buyers or sellers with their real estate needs they should be left with a feeling of superlative service. This attention is partly made possible by his extensive business experience and an unwavering commitment to pursue an optimal outcome. A good listener he is also able to articulate the pertinent issues in a frank and succinct manner.
Stuart is not daunted by a challenge; he has been able to conclude transactions that appeared 'difficult'. The requirements, the personalities, and the limitations can combine to present a seemingly impossible situation. Bringing outside the box thinking to bear can often cut through the fog and facilitate a successful conclusion.
It's not for everyone but he has a mindset that thrives on the details. In a transaction that transcends so many disciplines and where each transaction will has it's own unique facets this attention to detail is invaluable. Having been a landlord in his own right he has a wealth of experience to utilize to the benefit of clients. As a Boca Raton resident for more than 20 years he has extensive local knowledge.
He has a keen interest in global Economics, Politics and History, he likes reading, poetry, and occasionally to horse ride. Additionally, he likes to cook and is developing a short compendium of 'essential recipes' but this unfortunately requires the consumption of a lot of good food! Finally, he liked to travel; and if that ever is possible again his short list of places to visit includes the Edinburgh Tattoo and festival, the Hagia Sophia in former Constantinople, and the Giraffe Manor in Nairobi.
